At Basho, your satisfaction matters to us.
While we don’t currently offer returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-fault-related reasons, we do accept returns if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We also offer exchanges on most items, as long as they meet our exchange conditions.

If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bashostore.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on most items. If the size didn’t fit or you want to try a different model, you may exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we’ll cover the shipping of the new item.

Note: Exchanges are allowed on discounted products up to 20% off.
Items discounted more than 20% — or items purchased from the Outlet section — are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

How to request an exchange

  1. Send an email to hello@bashostore.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions, including a Return ID number that must be included inside the package.

  3. Ship the item back to us using the information provided via email. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive store credit to place a new order.

Exchanges are currently processed using store credit. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a credit code to use on your replacement item.
