Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Basho. We want you to love what you ordered — and if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other personal reasons. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping.

If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@bashostore.com and include clear photos of the issue. If the return is approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. In this case, Basho will cover the return shipping costs.

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags (if applicable). Items on sale with a discount over 20% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If informal negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree not to pursue claims in court or participate in any class action related to the dispute.
Each party may request temporary relief in court if necessary to protect rights before arbitration is concluded. The losing party will be responsible for legal and other fees incurred by the prevailing party.


Submissions and Privacy

Typographical Errors

If your payment was already processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
